The artist
Viktoria Drube lives and works in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Her paintings join the quiet beauty of nature with the strength of the feminine — in tactile, layered surfaces of acrylic, texture paste, epoxy resin and metal leaf.

„I only paint when I feel joy."
Light and stillness
The mission is simple: to fill rooms with light and calm. Every work emerges from an inner moment of joy — an attempt to translate feeling into colour and surface. The recurring motifs — peacocks, lotus, peonies, ballerinas — are markers along an ongoing meditation on beauty and the feminine.
The studio in Berlin-Charlottenburg is both workshop and studio. Here large-format works are made, from 50 × 40 cm up to 160 × 180 cm, all in mixed media.
Materials & techniques
ACRYLIC & TEXTURE PASTE
Multi-layered builds create sculpted surfaces that unfold their depth under raking light.
EPOXY RESIN
Transparent poured layers that make underlying colour fields read as if seen through water.
GOLD & SILVER LEAF
Reflective metal applications that carry daylight directly into the work.
RHINESTONES
Punctual highlights — crystals that act as materialised sparks within the composition.
OIL
Classical painting technique, used for figurative key works such as Venetian Night Secret and Lady with a Rose.
